Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we only accept orders from Contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Shipping to U.S. addresses

Standard / Flat Rate Ground service of $5.95 is available for 48 contiguous states which will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. Flat Rate Ground shipping cost for Alaska and Hawaii is $15.95.

There are also other faster shipping methods to choose from. Shipping & Handling charges of the faster shipping methods are based on the total weight of the package shipped to each address. Below are all the available shipping options:

  • Standard / Flat Rate Ground: 5-14 business days
    - $5.95 on any size order for 48 contiguous states
    - $15.95 for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
  • FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day afternoon

The shipping time above is for estimation only. We have no control over USPS or FedEx delivery schedules. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST Mon-Fri usually ship within 48-72 hours. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays. If you have any delivery time constraints and need your package to arrive by a certain date, please be sure to upgrade your shipping method to faster shipping options. Shipping via USPS Express Mail, FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight might require signature upon delivery unless you specifically let us know in advance to waive the delivery signature requirement.

Shipping Personalized Items

All personalized gift items will be shipped normally within 2-3 business days. Certain personalized items might take longer. Please read the item description for more accurate information regarding the shipping time for those particular personalized items. Items purchased using a faster shipping method will not be shipped sooner; they will just be shipped via a faster shipping carrier of your choice so that they can arrive more quickly after shipment.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders weighing over 2 pounds may not be delivered to P.O. boxes, except for APOs and FPOs, thus whenever possible, please provide a non-PO Box shipping address.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses

Orders shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses can only be delivered via USPS. Shipping charges are added automatically for orders sent to Military APO/FPO addresses. Customers should expect 1-3 weeks for delivery to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping to Canada will be using USPS Priority Mail International, which takes approximately 6-10 business days. The cost of the shipping is determined based on the total package weight. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges, which ARE NOT INCLUDED in the shipping rates. It is VERY important for international customers to be aware of their country’s specific information on possible tariffs, taxes and duties that may apply to a shipment. There is a wide range of regulations per country and ongoing fluctuations in costs for shipping, duties and taxes, therefore we advise that ALL international customers to contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

California Sales Tax

Sales tax rate of 9.00% will be added to all orders shipping to a California address due to the California law. For more tax-related information, please contact California State Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115.

Backordered Items

For a variety of reasons, despite diligent efforts in warehousing, inventory levels on our computer system may differ from what is physically in-stock. When you placed your order, our system might show that the item is in-stock, however, when we begin to process your order, we might discover that the item is not available - an infrequent occurrence. Items on backorder are not guaranteed to arrive at the normal expected time even if faster shipping method is chosen. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you that the item is on backorder, and you will have the options to cancel it or have it shipped when available.

Orders will always be shipped by the method you select at check-out. If you wish to change your shipping method, please notify us as soon as possible before the items are shipped. Once the items have been shipped, no changes can be made to the order.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days following the original shipment date. Simply email us at return@theartofbeverage.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number BEFORE you ship the item(s) back to us. For faster return process, please include the following information when emailing for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem. You will then need to include the RMA number in the address field of your package. DO NOT write anything on the original manufacturer's packaging box. RMA number is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Please do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA number.

Please be aware that certain items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE, such as:

  • Items purchased on final sales or clearance.
  • Special order, custom color, or build-to-order items (e.g. Personalized products) items.
  • Cleaning tools (e.g. Wine Decanter Cleaning Brush).

All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials, including (and not limited to) original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Please make sure that the returned items are well-packed (especially for fragile items). We strongly recommend you to fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. You might want to consider using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your own protection.

Once your return package is received, we will inspect the merchandise and process the refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (unless there is a manufacturer's defect or an error on our behalf). Items ordered using a shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual shipping costs incurred by us.

Personalized Items

Unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, due to the nature of the products being individually made for each order, personalized items cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please review your engraving or personalization text carefully before submitting your order because it will be printed exactly as you submit it.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

The quality of our products is guaranteed and all items are inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, in the event that something gets damaged during transit, we will replace any damaged or defective merchandise free of charge. Please notify us immediately (within 7 days) after the delivery. You might be asked for photos of the damaged items (if the damage is obvious) for easier and faster return process, or to ship it back to us, in which case we will provide the return shipping label for your return package. The defective item has to be returned within 30 days following the original shipment date for a valid return or exchange. If the item is no longer available or a replacement cannot be sent, you will be refunded the item cost and the original shipping charges. If however, the items that are claimed to be defective and shipped back turn out not to be the case, we will issue the refund less our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the flat rate $5.95 charge.

Missing package

In most cases, you will be able to track the whereabouts of your package from the tracking number we give you. If you suspect that your package has gone missing in transit, please email us immediately at info@theartofbeverage.com.

Ordering

Ordering can easily be done online via our website. Just browse the on-line catalog, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and enter all the required information on the order form screens. Once your order is placed, you will get an order confirmation email regarding the item(s) that you purchase. Your credit card will be charged and your order will be packaged and processed for shipments. You will then receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. If there is any changes to your order due to backorder status or item unavailability, we will email you immediately. Order for personalized items cannot be canceled or altered once the order is placed even though the items have not been shipped since the items might already be in the production process.

We do offer certain sales and special promotions from time to time, such as free shipping, discounts or price cuts. If you wish to be notified regarding these offers, please join our newsletter.
